After I have been consistently paying my car for 4 years I missed 1 month since I had a family bereavement, I advised Absa, sent death certificates they have the audicity to send my car to an external company for repossession. Are you not trying to ***** me cause I advised you, we should have worked on a plan to arrange those arrears even if you extend my payment term. How could you guys be so cruel in a time I needed you the most
