What kind of Bank is this? I had to move to another phone, and cannot get into my account without calling the Absa enquries to set up the new app. I did this on Monday and eventually I was online. Now I realise the business account attached to my profile is not working. I call enquiries again. No, you need to go into a branch to get the verification number to set up the account. Absa is pathetic. I loaded the apps of 3 other banks on Monday and all of them opened without having to call a branch or customer care. Time to move ob from Absa and go to a bank that is up to date with internet banking. Do not send my complaint to my private banker as it has nothing to do with her
