Arbitrary Absa

On my credit card I can no longer use SAVINGS because the bank has arbitrarily and without my knowledge or permission changed the account to a cheque account.

This happened sometime between 14 and 21 February.

Questions:

1. Why was this done? 2. Why was I not informed? 3. What is the difference in interest rate? 4. Why do I have to go to one of your branches and point out to them that my card no longer allows withdrawals I. Savings? 5. Why did the Parys branch service desk not know about this? And why did they suggest that I was wrongly using the card?

This is a classic case of creating inconvenience for the customer and then telling the customer he is wrong.

Sort this out.
