Aprroval with no follow up

I app**** for an Absa credit card last week Thursday. They approved me, send me letters to sign and ask for some documentation, saying it would take 5-7 working days then I will have my card. Up to today, I have not received it. When I called customer service they claimed they never received my documents. I resend and, and took it to the Absa branch. Still nothing. Why approve then nothing happens??? I am really not happy!!
