Approving a ********** vehicle finance application on my name even after I've registered my details on the SAFPS

I'm really disappointed with Absa group. After I have reported my details on the SAFPS the still went ahead and approved a ********** vehicle finance application on my name without calling me first first then even updated my cellphone on their system to that *********'s cellphone number without doing verification. I thought updating contact details required a client to directly come in to the branch but clearly i thought wrong.
