Approved online application but no correspondence to continue.

I app**** for a personal loan and credit card online , both approved on the 10th January 2024 and I sent off the documents, and I waited for any call or response , Until I made a follow up on the 17th I called the credit card new applications and the consultant seemed like he was starting from scratch the application is DECLINED, What happened to the approved application? I didnt even call the personal loan department because I believe they were going to do the same thing. The credit card was approved with R25 000 and personal loan was approved with R60 000. I asked the reason and was told i do not meet one or more criteria, which is what exactly ? I went to the ABSA branch to update my details so that they can get hold of me, November I opened a cheque account because I wanted to move my salary to ABSA but the was delay at work they going to start paying me this month there but honestly I am unhappy with the service.
