Approved Loan

I app**** for a loan, I went into the bank to submit application. I was sent an sms while sitting there saying provisionally approved and was told, application going to credit, will get back to me. This was the Thursday. Saturday Morning I got an sms saying that I should contact my point of application to finalise the payout of my approved Absa Personal Loan. So I went to the point of application and was told that they have not received any documentation on the system and will be contacted Monday. Monday I get a call saying nothing yet as system is very slow, she will contact me a bit later the same day. So I am excited about my loan and I am anxious to get paid out so I can start on my project and wham, I get a call saying the loan is not approved. They are so sorry! The fact is that I have in writing on my phone an approval. I asked numerous people at cashiers and when I phone Absa line what this message means and they say it says approved. This is not fair at all, I did speak to Sales Manager in Bank and now we are at the point where he doesn't return my calls.
