Approved hospitalisation claim never paid out

I submitted a hospitalisation claim which was approved and supposedly "paid" on the 6th of November 2023. It is today the 5th of December 2023 and I still haven't received my money after several escalations and empty promises. I will definitely be taking this further and will definitely cancel my policy. I discourage anyone thinking about taking out any of the life policies and from what I can see on Hello Peter, the house insurance is even worse.
