Approved for a debt review but handed me over to collections and incorrect debits

, as mentioned in my complaint I was approved but the debits were never stopped, until a queried about the debits after a long back and forth, eventually on the 9nth of July an amount of R4177.14 (3 months payment)was credited back into my account. But now I have been handed over to collections and I'm told my account is in arrears I need to pay because my account is behind with 3 months. Again month end of July payment was debited twice into my account and on the 1st of August, another debit was made (3 debits). I'm busy getting calls from your collections, what do I do? you promised to sort this matter and feedback to me by the 4th, its the 5th today
