Approved and later declined for car finance and not given a reason

I am so disappointed with absa vehicle finance. I app**** and got approved for the vehicle, I submitted everything for validation. Now when I follow up after 3 days they say my application was declined. I asked them what's the reason, the consultant said he will pull my credit report and call me in 25 minutes time. It's been 3 hours now no call, I've sent email no response and I call no one is answering. The dealer calls to follow up and the car might be sold and I will loose it today. I wanted some clarity so I can provide proof of payment if there is any arrears appearing, but I am not assistant. I have both personal and business account with absa and been loyal to absa, I don't appreciate this service. I need this being urgent resolved today otherwise I am loosing the car and if that happens I am moving my account from this bank, I can't be treated like. This. Vehicle application references ***
