Appraiser's outstanding signature

I app**** and was granted a home loan from Absa in April. The home appraiser came out for an inspection and found a problem with the roof of the house which was corrected shortly after, a certificate was requested from a civil engineer that the repair was done correctly. The engineer's certificate was issued and handed over to the attorneys on 7 June 2016. This morning after asking for an update was I informed by the attorneys that they are still waiting for the signature of the appraiser on the engineers certificate. That’s a whole month that the transport and registration is delayed due to the appraiser outstanding signature. This is unacceptable for me.
