Applying for a new product is a nightmare

you guys do not take me serious. i wanted to apply for a business credit card and send an email and you guys said you will call back. its been 2 weeks now and nothing even did call me back on your App but still nothing. looks like you are just useless bank and i should take my business somewhere including my personal profile as well.
