Wow.... seems Virgin Money isnt the best company to deal with. besides the review, i have not response for over a week, i have to keep phoning in and the complaints department sucks. How do you allow such a service, and how do you keep making money when all you do is disappoint customers??? please do tell.... anyway. my applications is MIA, no one can tell me what is going on and no one will get off their behinds to assist. FYI, dont use Virgin Money if you are in a hurry for anything, you will just be disappointed. I see all they do is respond to Hello Peter so i thought id have more luck here... DOES ANYONE MIND HELPING ME?
