App**** for Credit Card which never comes

I app**** for a credit card from ABSA. It is approved and I get a quote saying all they need is proof of income. I sign and send docs. I get response stating that if any documents are required I will be notified. Two weeks later and no news, I contact them to be told that they need additional documentation. So why the hell don't you let me know you useless lot of *****s. <br> I hope this public complaint will get you of your lazy asses so-that I can get some service.<br> Also, no wonder Barclays dropped you like the waste of space you are.
