Application Withdrawn?

I app**** for a personal loan on the 25th of August using the Online Banking facility. The same day I submitted my documentation to ABSA. I phoned on the 1st of September and they advised that they made a note on the system that the documents has been received. I was also promised that they will have an answer in 2-3 days. I phoned back on the 4th of September, day number 3, and they told me that they are still assessing the application. This morning I received an SMS stating that the loan application has been withdrawn. <br> <br> Since I have to always phone to find out what's going on, I would like one of your consultants to phone me back and explain to me why the application has been withdrawn.<br> <br> I look forward to your reply.
