Application not getting finalised

Good day <br> <br> I app**** for a credit card and have been waiting for more than 2 weeks to get feedback on the status. I phoned 5 times already and every time the exact same feedback. <br> <br> Sorry sir it has not been finalized, we will escalate the matter.<br> <br> If something is escalated 5 time, i am sure the MD will phone me and tell me it has been approved.<br> <br> Unbelievable, will move all my accounts to another Bank
