APPLICATION for HOMELOAN

We have been declined for a further advance on our home loan.Current home loan is for R590000,we requested an additional R580000 and the property is valued (as per the municipal account at R***).We have received an Approve in Principle-letter on 6/10/2015 and according to the consultant we will be contacted to confirm valuation.As per the website the last time the status was updated was 6/10/2015 (valuation received).After numerous e-mails to our consultant (with no response),I finally received a letter on 20/10/2015 (after phoning her again on 19/10/2015) to confirm it has been declined.Just note that our address have been filled in incorrectly.No valuation,just according to affordability.When completing the online forms, we did confirm that we want to use to further loan to consolidate debt.I also requested from the consultant to confirm if all the documentation has been submitted, as I have been working locum-weekends at Dischem.No confirmation as yet-I have also phoned to confirm have all the documentation been considered-and no response.Also no counter offer for a lesser amount. I have just been contacted by my consultant(wonders happen)to confirm it is my cheque account.
