Application for Card

Made an online application for credit card on 21 Aug 2017 and this was approved online subject to provision of required documents. These were submitted on the next working day. A bond satement with me as the bid holder was sent for proof of residence. This was rejected and they wanted a utility bill. Submitted this with affidavit from police station. The affidavit describes me as co- habitant as the utility bill is in my wife's name. A week later they request that an ABSA form be completed and submitted. I obtain this and complete accordingly and have this affirmed by a commissioner if oaths. Now they get back and state that the ABSA firm must be certified at any branch. I go there and they confirm that the firm is correctly completed and they cannot certify what has already been certified. I now must complete s new firm and bring my wife along with IDs and proof of utility bill etc. what a waste of time and hopeless processes. Really?
