Application for a facility

I made an application for a R1m facility with ABSA private bank via my private banker Mike Chuimya on the 21 September 2015. On the 25 September 2015 I was advised that the facility was approved. As of the 6 October 2015 the facility is still not loaded onto my account. I am loosing business with regards to this I find this unacceptable, I have invested twice the amount of the facility requested from ABSA of my own money and yet they are giving my **** service.<br> <br> I have banked with ABSA for almost 10yrs and I can assure you that I have not been happy at all.<br> <br> I just want the facility to be cancelled and would my money from my investment today and want to take it somewhere, where I can be treated with respect.<br> Regards,<br> <br> Noni
