Application been pending for 6 business days.

I am very much happy with the service I received from Absa, the Home loan, Vehicle finance and credit card however I made an application for an overdraft on the 25th of October and till today it hasn't been finalised. I call everyday to get feedback and informed my application has been assigned to a certain agent since Friday and I'm told she will call me.

I received a call, email notification and quote confirming the application has been accepted waiting for final confirmation. Why is it taking so long as it's meant to be within 2-3 business days however today is the 5th business day still no finalisation.
