Appauling service....No service

I have been battling to obtain my vehicle's ENatis documents from ABSA's vehicle and asset finance devision. It has been more than 2 months now. Numerous phone calls and emails have been made. Latest contact that I was given is as follows "Matter is ref to Mashala, Lebogang: Absa ********** I am not working with the account Please contact her ********** 147 Regards Yvonne Etsebeth " My email requests go unanswered. I have been trying to get hold of Lebogang since the 3rd of October. My vehicle has been paid off and now I can't sell it because I can't obtain the papers. This is appauling service from Absa.
