APPAULING AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE BY ELIZABETH AT ABSA MAPONYA MALL

Appalling service received from Absa Maponya Mall from consultant called Elizabeth. I am an attorney in the Duma estate matter and that 2 months ago, clients opened an account at Maponya Mall which estate account is still not yet opened. Today I receive a call from Elizabeth requesting email or contact numbers from the Masters at Protea which i furnished. Later she calls asking me about someone whom i forgot her but i do admit knowledge of that person . She the says the client must get the letter from that person to explain their link to Edward Zwane.

I then says to her, lets not rush giving the client an advise before getting the background. I then explain to her and at that time she was quick to says that I said "wa rasa" and I never said that. she was quick sent away the clients.

I then called the manager to lodge my complain and the manager did not answer nor return my call.
