Appalling, useless and rude Absa

Absa is literally forcing me to increase the limit on my credit card. Despite my polite refusal, Absa employees are harassing me via sms, telephone and email. Worse, in their emails, they claim that I have app**** for a credit limit increase. Absa is trying to get me into a dept trap and thus do not appreciate their actions as they are tarnishing my credit record
