Appalling Services from ABSA

I am utterly disgusted and very disappointed with the service ABSA has given us. We make countless calls everyday to get assistance with our issue and yet to date nothing has happened instead we get the run around and we are sent from pillar to post and we are promised that management will be in contact with us and nothing happens. Can someone high up in ABSA please look into our issue and please, please comes back to us ASAP!!! We have been repeating our issue from one agent to another and I won't be repeating it here as its very long as the issue starts from 2015 and 4 years down the line nothing has been done, I mean NOTHING how disappointing and now we are told that someone from the ***** department will contact us, like that was said 3 weeks ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
