Appalling service from ABSA McIntyre Parow

I went to the ABSA bank branch in McIntyre Parow, the service I got there was appalling. I explained the issue to the lady outside doing the screening what my issue was and she said that they should be able to help me and I should go inside. When I went inside it was a whole different story. The teller was so rude and unwilling to help. It was a coloured lady with curly hair, she judged me before she even spoke with me. I explained my issue to her, instead of helping me as I was promised by the lady outside she found ways of how not to help me. I previously went to Cape Town CBD with the same issue and they were very willing to help me and very friendly. I even explained to this lady that they helped me in Town so why won't you help me because it's the same company. I used to bank with ABSA many years ago, I am so glad I took my business to a different bank with friendly staff. I'll make sure that any of my friends and family that bank with this bank move, ASAP!
