Appalling service from Absa Chatterton Road Pietermaritzburg

Good Day I have an Active save account with Absa and I have maintained a balance of R16500 but I am being charged point of sale fees. I visited the Absa branch in Chatterton Road, Pietermaritzburg on the the 5th of July 2023 and I was told by a consultant named Sandile that the fees would be reversed. I returned to the branch the next day to query the progress and was told by another consultant named Rheka that those R4 fees are 'government fees' and will not be reversed. Also one of the managers named Linda was very rude to me and would not help me. Sandile was too bust to see me. I have been an Absa client for decades and this is ridiculous service!
