Appalling service from ABSA

Just a warning to everyone out there, DO NOT let Absa handle your will. My dad passed away in 2012 and his estate is still frozen. 7 years later I am still sending Absa emails to ask what is going on. Their work ethic is appalling and no one in that department takes responsibility for anything. Save your family this emotional trauma and make sure Absa is never in charge of your estate.
