Appalling service from ABSA

Absa Bank Home Loans Absa bank home loans have the most *********** team that I have ever experienced. I have requested them to change my bond cover which has been ceded to my Home loan. I started the process three month ago and still there has been no resolution. I have emailed them my new policy as well as filled out the necessary forms repeatedly but to get any progress is proving really difficult. They keep requesting the same information over and over. This has resulted in me having to pay for two bond covers as I cannot cancel the old one because ABSA has not released it nor can I cancel the new one as ABSA needs a policy that is active.
