Appalling service

ABSA ABSOLUTELY does not rate their clients I’ve been standing in the queue waiting for a consultant to assist. Secondly the moment the assistant attempts to assist me the departments fail to answer their phones. I am extremely appalled by your service if this is what you call ‘africanacity’ ??? It is for that reason that I’m closing my account with. ABSA and empty promises go hand in hand. I’ve been waiting for the agents to call since arriving at the bank.
