Appalling service

I received very bad service from the mogwase branch enquiries desk when I went to complete a account verification form for my road accident fund payout, the lady said I must pay 30 rand to confirm my account but did not want to explain the basis for the charge, I like goin to this branch because it's close to home but the service is appalling.
