Appalling service and totally disregard for their clients.... That's Absa insurance for you

After posting about my experience with Absa insurance on the 25th November I was emailed by a case manager... Will not mention any names yet... I was promised to receive feedback on the 28th November... It's 15h30pm and still nothing.... I am truly appalled by this companies service....waiting for a month to sort out a simple claim about my ceramic hob..... Is it even worth it for me to stress about it anymore..... I guess I will be looking to get quotes from other insurance companies
