Appalling service Absa Premium Credit Card

Absa Credit Card contact centre NEVER answers when I call. I've tried calling from my mobile only to be on hold "waiting for an agent to take my call" but my call is never taken. After doing this on multiple occasions and wasting my airtime, I got fed up and thought that if I call from a branch perhaps the experience would be different. NOT AT ALL! It makes no difference where I call from , I NEVER get through to an agent. Absa Credit Card, please tell me HOW to get hold of you if you dont answer your phones?? Is your contact centre number a joke? This is absolutely appalling!
