Appalling service ABSA

Absolute disgusting service from ABSA!!!!! I app**** for a personal loan and sent through the necessary documents for them to verify like they requested. I emailed this through 3 times and still get no feedback from them, only new service request numbers. Today I get a message that they have withdrawn my application because they have not received the documents. To make things worse is when you try to phone them you have to wait 40 minutes and still no consultant is available to speak to you, its not even a toll free number so you just wasting your airtime.......this is the worst customer experience I have ever had from any bank!!!!!!
