Appalling service

The service at ABSA is absolutely shocking. On a Friday 31st July (end of the month) at Ilanga Mall, Nelspruit there is 1 teller and 1 customers services person to attend to Clients. I have never been into an ABSA branch where I have not waited for hours, your service is appalling. In this time of Covid and long queues absolutely no relief is offered to you older Client. Your service is a disgrace
