Appalling service

After stating the nature of my business at the reception, which was a new investment, I was handed a ticket and a Backhanded wave to sit in the waiting area on, what can only be discribed as the grabbiest bench I have ever sat on - after waiting over a half an hour, watching the screen call every number under the sun except mine, it was clear they had no interest in my money. - I have been a customer of Absa for over 20 years - I walked out very disappointed - Not a soul made any effort to stop me - I will be looking to take my business else where
