Appalling service
<p>I have been getting the run around from various departments at Absa re cancelling a credit life policy. This type of service is totally *********.</p> <p>What does one have to do to get some assistance?</p>

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.
Please note that your credit life policy is part of your agreement on the product that you took, this is only to protect you should you not be in a position to pay your account in the event that you are unemployed the policy will cover you for at least 3moths.
