Appalling service
We app**** @ Somerset West (Main Road), with all documentation, to open a saving account on the 25th AUGUST 2015.<br> <br> To date the account has not been opened AND no one has made the effort to contact us to explain why. We have been there on numerous occasions and 1) the manager is never there and 2) everybody else passes the buck.<br> We just want the documentation back so that we can go elsewhere where i KNOW we will get better service. I will be closing my business account too.<br> <br> (At the initial meeting i did mention that we had over 2 million to invest. ABSA's obviously not interested.)
