Appalling serv...actually NO SERVICE.
Appalling serv...actually NO SERVICE. Absa has given me the run around for 3 months now,since the beginning of lockdown. I've been sent from customer service agent to customer service agent (probably 5-6 different agents and 4 different departments already !!!) Apparently you dont have anybody working in your collections department either cause NO SERVICE IS GIVEN. I emailed the ombudsman and complaints and AFTER TWO WEEKS HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER.
