Appalling Serivice

Dear ABSA<br> <br> Ive been with you guys for nine years and never have i experienced and recieved such appalling service like today. I was so embarrassed and felt like such a ******** in a bank of all places.<br> <br> I actually do not have the energy to even complain to you guys and go through the events of today. <br> <br> I however am not happy with you guys and will be closing my account.<br> <br> I hope whom ever reads this does not make any of the staff at that branch call me with a stupid apology and offer of assistance.
