APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Firstly, there's absolutely NO Customer Service at this branch. The customers merely sit and wait to be assisted and it is up to each person to ensure that they don't jump the queue. The attitude of the staff is not at all conducive to a pleasant interaction with the public. The "Manager" was extremely rude to a client who requested his name. There were a number of clients who were shocked by his attitude as well. I am most definitely not the only client who was shocked!

I have been a client at this branch for many years and I was absolutely appalled by the attitude of the staff.

I think that this branch needs to be reviewed and the staff need to be told that it is their "CHOICE" to serve the public and being civil goes a long way. It costs absolutely nothing to offer a smile and a response when being greeted by a customer. The man who assisted me was most helpful.
