Appalled by the service of Business Banking Consultants

I've opened a business account in September 2020. Maebeng Dorothy Mabalane supposed to by my business banking consultant assisting me. Till to date I have not been issued with a card nor have I been contacted by anyone to let me know when I can get my card. Right now I am on my way to the Randfontein branch to collect the card and I hope it will be ready otherwise I am not leaving the branch until one is issued to me because it's long overdue. I've already started depositing funds in the account yet no one contacts me for anything regarding the card or the online banking or cellphone profile. Not sure if this is the service Absa clients receive or it's just me going crazy
