app and online profile locked
Thank you ABSA I got my card. I downloaded the app then wanted to register for online it said I already have an online profile then when I tried to use the same credentials as the app it locked me out and said I need to visit the branch to unlock it even the app doesn't work anymore. I don't have time to go to the branch can someone assist with this as I also wanted to open a cheque account online'
