Apauling poor service from ABSA Credit Life

I have been trying to cancel a credit life insurance on my ABSA credit card since March 2025. Every time I have to email another department or phone another department. Communicating with ABSA is the MOST frustrating process on the face of this planet. I will leave this bank at the first opportunity I get. I will NEVER advise ANYONE to ever engage with ABSA. You email the email addresses on the website, and almost all of them return that the address does not exist anymore. I have never seen such a mess of a bank. There are just no words to describe how poor ABSA is at the moment.
