Anybody Home???
I've been trying to get my home loan application approved since 15 Feb 2021. All the other banks have given an outcome, yet Absa is nowhere. I'm shocked and appalled, as I've been a customer for 20 plus years, and never had an issue with them. Now, when I have to make one of the biggest commitments of my life, my bank is not giving me the support I need. I've made so many phone calls, sent emails, inquired...yet I'm still not gaining any traction. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!????????????????????????
