Anuathorised debit order through Absa

There are unauthorised debit orders on my absa account. Absa refused to close my account. The debit orders are going off daily on my account. I phoned their call center and they told me i need to go branch. I went to a branch tells me i need to phone their call center. Absa bank are perpetuating ***** activities on my account. I bet I am not the only one. they benefit out of this
