ANSA - Worst banking experience ever
ABSA, the worst banking experience I have had in 50 years. No communication, just stupid threats that lead you no-where but to close your accounts, as there are 100's of people with different training?????. Congratulations ABSA. You obviously don't appreciate the business, and neither do your *********** tired employees at branch level.. I will relieve you of my presence.

13 May 2024, 09:53Godfrey, it won't be necessary. I have already cleared my account of funds, and as soon as my uncleared purchases have gone through, I am closing my account. This morning again, I got another threat, based on your staff's psychic abilities claiming I have been issued a Smart ID card. Please find who it was issued to, and please also send me copies. That's all you need to investigate that matters.
