ANSA Waverley Plaza is truly Pathetic

ABSA waverley plaza is truly pathetic. I make use of them on a regular basis and every time I go there I wait in the queue for an hour or more. There is 6 tellers, with only one teller open!! When you complain to the manager they only say we need to take it up with head office. And worst of all is, you stand in the queue for an hour, only to find out they do not have the change that I need. Please make a plan with this ABSA. Everyone is fed up with them!
