Ansa vehicle finance ****

I brought a car and it was financed by absa vehicle finance I have never had peace with the car I had guys comming and taking my car saying I owe it and I found my car in Bloemfontein in an auction place up for sale I also had to pay R7000 transportation which I didn't authorise for in the last 6months I was threatened that my car will be repossed and to date I have paid R14000 worth of arrears doing my research I found out absa has added R1700 on top of my monthly installment they have also added insurance for the car without calling me and routing the want to take my car sell it at and auction leave me with a huge debt I have 2 collogues who had the same harassment o wrote an email to absa actionline I was promised a feedback of the investigation on the third of January till to date I have not received a thing from absa I wrote multiple email with the reference number of my complaint but I have not received an ansa I know next thing I will be receiving a call with a threat of car repossession
