Absa had frozen my dads account, he wanted to pay money back to gepf, that was wrongfully deposited in his account, they locked the account, we phoned them, but they said, we want to make it easy for you to unlock, just go to the bank. 4 hours, going for 5, and we managed to get power of attorney registered for me to help my 88 year old dad. I needed an extra card on his account, as u have power of attorney now, and need to buy stuff gor him ftom time to time, they said, come back tomorrow, it will be 30minutes for the new card. I went there today, now its going to take 4 working days. Absa Key west don't care for the elderly, my dad had to go to the bathroom 3 times in the 4 hours we were there. Pathetic service. #absakeywest
