Another exceptionally poor experience with Absa

Another exceptionally poor experience with Absa, who did not get back to me for two weeks regarding my loan application, despite numerous attempts to phone them via the (correct) call centre number, as well as multiple emails sent by me. I have been a client for over 25 years and really would like to change banks once I have the time.
